Southampton Renovation
Services Done Right

The team behind Pure Renovation & Design has been delivering premium renovation work across Southampton and the surrounding areas for 18 years. We are a Southampton renovation company with five-star reviews on Google, fifty plus Southampton homes transformed, and the same team on site from first visit to final walkthrough. We are not the cheapest. What we aim for is consistency: the same team and the same standard on every job.

We cover Southampton and the wider area, including Winchester, Fareham, Eastleigh, Locks Heath, Hedge End, Bitterne, Shirley, Totton, Chandlers Ford, Romsey, Alton, Basingstoke, Park Gate, and into Surrey. Wherever your project sits, it is managed by a local team who know the area, the planners, and the trades.

It depends on scope. A bespoke bathroom typically runs four to six weeks. A single storey rear extension runs twelve to sixteen weeks. A full house renovation can run four to nine months. At the quote stage we give you a detailed programme with clear milestones, so you always know where we are and what is coming next.

We visit your home, talk through what you want to achieve, and return a detailed written quote that explains exactly what you are paying for, line by line. No vague allowances. No surprise extras mid build. If something changes during the project, we price it, agree it with you in writing, and then proceed. That is how we protect your budget and your trust.

As a full service Southampton renovation company, we deliver full house renovations, house refurbishments, rear and side extensions, bespoke bathrooms, bespoke carpentry and fitted furniture, new build homes, and ongoing property maintenance for past clients. One team, one standard, every project.

Bespoke bathrooms typically start around £15,000. Single storey extensions typically start around £60,000. Full house renovations vary widely based on size and specification, but most of our Southampton projects land between £80,000 and £350,000. Every quote is detailed and written, so you know your number before we start.

Yes. Every quote is detailed and written before any work begins. If the scope changes during the build, for example you decide to upgrade a finish, we price the change, agree it with you in writing, and then proceed. No running tallies. No end of project shocks.

Look for three things. Reviews that are recent, detailed, and verifiable. A written quote that explains what you are paying for rather than a vague total. And a team who will still be there a year after the build, if something needs adjusting. Pure Renovation & Design was built to be the Southampton renovation company that passes all three tests.
