The newly renovated bathroom showcases an elegant, modern design with updated tiles, a stylish vanity with ample storage, and a contemporary shower enclosure. The renovation successfully modernised the space while adding more storage without losing too much room. The client's vision of a functional, aesthetically pleasing bathroom has been brought to life, offering both practicality and a touch of luxury.
Family Bathroom Expansion
The original bathroom was small and in need of some modernisation, with limited space and functionality. It featured an old bathtub, a single sink, and a cramped layout, making it less than ideal for a busy family.
The bathroom has been beautifully transformed by extending it using space from the master bedroom. The renovation included installing all new pipework and incorporating brushed black fittings throughout. A walk-in shower with both rainfall and handheld options was added, and the original separate toilet was integrated into the main space. The bathroom now features elegant Porcelanosa tiles, a floating toilet with a soft-close seat, and a repositioned bath. Additionally, a basin vanity unit was installed, and spotlights were added to enhance the lighting. These updates have created a spacious, contemporary family bathroom that combines functionality with style.
Kitchen Transformation
The kitchen was dated and lacked efficiency, featuring old, worn tiles, worn-out kitchen units, and a gas stove. The layout was cluttered and had limited counter space, making it less functional for the family’s needs.
The refurbished kitchen boasts new flooring, refined kitchen units, and elegant marble worktops. An induction hob has replaced the old gas stove, providing a modern cooking experience. Hidden utility units like the washing machine contribute to a cleaner, more streamlined look. The result is a stylish, contemporary kitchen that combines functionality with a sophisticated aesthetic.
Sleek Bathroom Upgrade
The original bathroom was cramped and outdated, with an inefficient layout and antiquated fixtures. The limited space and lack of modern amenities made it impractical and visually unappealing.
The bathroom was transformed into an opulent space with bold white marble and luxurious brushed brass fittings in perfect harmony. The layout was reconfigured for more space, and new pipework was installed. Crosswater brushed brass fittings were used throughout, including a concealed shower with handheld and rainfall options. A HiB wall-hung basin vanity unit and concealed basin mixer tap were added for a sleek look. Marble effect tiles, brushed brass Genesis trim, and spotlights enhance the luxurious feel, creating a beautiful and practical space that exudes elegance and sophistication.
